Day 30

today is day 30 according to Luna Calender...
stay at home to help mum...

well,
we managed to make "fried seaweed-spring roll pastry"...
it was so easy...

step 1 : Extract out egg-white....
Add some seasoning to the egg-white.

these are the things needed...
1. spring roll pastry
2. seaweed
3. seasoned egg-white
4. brush

step 2 : Brush the spring roll pastry with egg-white.


step 3 : put a piece of seaweed onto it.
Brush the seaweed with egg-white as well.


step 4 : Put on a new piece of spring roll pastry on the seaweed.


step 5 : cut the pastry into half...


step 6 : Cut into smaller pieces...

step 7 : Fry them!!!

i have a job that i do every year before chinese new year.
i need to fill all the junk food into the containers...
i like this job most because while filling those junk food,
i can eat too!!!
